Processing Time All HuxWarm orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time Standard delivery to Australia takes approximately 7–21 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Free Shipping HuxWarm offers free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order value required.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays Occasionally shipping may take longer than expected due to customs processing or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 25 days please contact us at huxwarm.store@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost Parcels In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, HuxWarm will either reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
