Refund Policy

Our Guarantee At HuxWarm your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will do everything we can to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return please email huxwarm.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately at huxwarm.store@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund with no return required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned once opened. Please check the individual product listing for details.
